2. Test the contour of the corresponding part of the product.
3. Measure the shape tolerance of the product hole.
4. Collect product data on the CMM.
The corresponding aperture of the test product:
Check the hole diameter with the stop-gauge and stop-block
If the through-end can pass and the stop-end cannot, the size of this part of the product is qualified, and vice versa.
Open the tool clamp:
Attach the product to the inspection tool.
Adjust the position properly, so that the product and the inspection tool match the positioning hole, the positioning surface and the positioning pin contact well.
